Andrew O'Neill is the founder of IJ&A.  He has been recruiting in the Cincinnati/Dayton area for the last decade focusing on staffing and executive search primarily for smaller/start up firms. Andrew has filled roles from entry level up to the C Suite and back again, but has his most success in the senior level to director level.

Andrew brings a wide network and experience in Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, Human Resource and Sales recruiting. Transparency, accountability, and partnership are what Andrew values most in his relationships with both clients and candidates. The candidate experience and customer satisfaction are top priorities in every search he conducts.

Originally from Northern New Jersey, Andrew made his way to the Midwest via Miami University where he obtained his Bachelors and was a member of the Men's Swimming and Diving Team. He lives in Evendale with wife and three sons.  Former swimmer, avid sports fan, and aspiring BBQ pit master.
